S-5! manufactures the industry-standard attachment solutions for standing seam metal roofs. From solar panel mounting to snow retention. Despite being the market leader with the most engineered and tested products, their digital experience wasn't converting their technical superiority into specification and purchase decisions.

Approach

We rebuilt S-5!'s digital platform around the two audiences that drive their business: architects/specifiers who choose products and contractors who install them. A product selection wizard, engineering load calculators, and a spec-writing assistant made it dramatically easier to specify S-5! products into projects.

Results

Specification requests increased 340%. The product selection wizard and load calculators became the most-used tools on the site, with contractors reporting that S-5!'s digital resources saved them hours per project on engineering calculations.
