Challenge

Operto's hospitality automation platform. Digital check-in, smart device management, guest verification, noise monitoring, was gaining traction with short-term rental operators, but they needed to break into the enterprise hotel segment where deal sizes are 10x larger and buying cycles are significantly longer.

Approach

We repositioned Operto's brand and go-to-market strategy for the enterprise hotel buyer. This meant shifting from 'cool tech for vacation rentals' to 'operational intelligence platform for hospitality groups.' New messaging, new case study framework, and targeted ABM campaigns aimed at hotel group CTOs and VP Operations.

Results

Enterprise demo requests increased 62%. Average deal size grew 28% as Operto started engaging larger hotel groups. The repositioned brand gave their sales team the credibility to compete against legacy hospitality technology vendors.
