FOSSIL — Bridging Physical Craft and Digital Commerce

Challenge

FOSSIL's Mybella ecosystem: spanning watches, leather goods, and accessories. And Needed a digital experience that captured the tactile, premium quality of their products while supporting a complex global e-commerce operation with multiple sub-brands and regional requirements.

Approach

We developed the UX framework for FOSSIL's multi-brand digital platform, designing cross-category discovery experiences that encouraged exploration while maintaining each sub-brand's distinct identity. The mobile experience was prioritized given FOSSIL's audience demographics and shopping behavior.

Results

Cross-category browsing increased 45% as the new navigation and discovery patterns exposed shoppers to product lines they hadn't previously explored. Mobile conversion improved 31%, and product page engagement nearly tripled.
