The UX walks accident victims through documenting every detail of their case in a structured, mobile-first flow that feels supportive rather than interrogative. Smart branching logic adapts to the type of accident, injuries involved, and insurance situation, ensuring the output is a comprehensive case file that attorneys can act on immediately.
