Amazon — Building the MVP for Amazon Shipping

Challenge

Amazon needed to develop the MVP for Amazon Shipping; a new service extending their logistics network to third-party merchants. The challenge was designing a complex shipping management interface that felt intuitive enough for merchants already overwhelmed by operational tools.

Approach

We established the foundational design system, led the UX for the initial product release, and built rapid prototypes to test core merchant workflows before engineering commitment. The design process was tightly integrated with Amazon's engineering and product teams across multiple scrum cycles.

Results

The MVP launched on schedule within a 12-week sprint. The internal design quality rating exceeded targets, and the product team adopted the design patterns we established as the foundation for subsequent feature releases.
